i dont understand what the signal strength for EV and 1X on my verizon phone stand for and was wondering if there was a website that could easily explain it to me

- I have Verizon too! The EV, is mainly used for VCAST,Mobile Web, and well everything on Get it Now.1X is just for talking but it can be used for the web and vcast except for EVDO is way faster than 1x.
Sorry if my explanation wasn't clear enough and I don't know a web site that could explain it.You can try google and see.
